Chocolate chip cookies. We consider ourselves connoisseurs and have tried many. While developing this recipe, we researched the best chocolate chip cookies, tried multiple recipes, then incorporated things we liked about this recipe here and that recipe there to make this cookie uniquely our own.
Like everything else at Bellflower, we use organic, locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible. We sell these individually at Brama Bar, our retail location, but also package as cookie dough so you can bake them yourself at home. Like any of our chocolate products, flavor profiles will vary depending on which cacao origin we use.
